BrokerLink acquires another Alberta-based P&C brokerage

National brokerage BrokerLink has added another firm to its ranks – personal and commercial insurance provider Nicholet Insurance in Alberta. The acquisition of Nicolet Insurance comes just a month after BrokerLink acquired another Alberta-based insurance firm – Bridge Financial Insurance. Nicolet Insurance has been serving the local community for 40 years, with three locations in the Peace River area of northern Alberta – Falher, High Prairie and Slave Lake. “As we expanded to new locations, we remained vigilant on meeting the needs of our customers,” said Nicholet Insurance president Wade Nicolet in a statement. “We believe BrokerLink is the right fit and will continue to provide the care and attention we have always provided.” Nicolet joining BrokerLink complements our overall values in being customer driven and striving for excellence,” commented BrokerLink president Joe D’Annunzio. “We are excited to add their exceptional team to the BrokerLink family.
