GloveBox strikes partnership with Safeco Insurance

GloveBox – the developer of a mobile app that allows consumers to access insurance documents – has announced a partnership with independent agency Safeco Insurance, a Liberty Mutual company. Under the partnership, Safeco’s clients will be able to use GloveBox to conveniently view their insurance documents on their smartphones. Also through the partnership, both companies will exchange proprietary information to “further solidify the ability for policyholders to have an enhanced and functional insurance experience,” a release explained. The “working relationship” comes as GloveBox enters its second phase of development. The developer hopes to introduce more functionality to its app by including a portal for features such as a claims concierge and bill pay.
