Marsh introduces enhancements to real estate insurance solution

Marsh has added several coverage enhancements to ZMAX, the company’s commercial real estate insurance program. ZMAX Plus now has more than 30 property, casualty, environmental, management liability, and cyber liability coverage forms thanks to the enhancements. The program, underwritten by Zurich North America, is a single-carrier comprehensive solution that helps cover any coverage gaps midsized commercial real estate firms may have, a release said. All coverage lines are available with separate limits; this makes it so that claims in one line will not erode coverage in other lines, Marsh explained in a release.
