Insurance Post and Kennedys are looking for confident, hard-working individuals working in claims who would like to test and broadcast their expertise and industry knowledge by taking part in this industry renowned video series. The competition will see finalists take on a variety of team-based and individual tasks, which will ultimately be judged by Kennedys’ own Christopher Dunn.

The ABI Annual Conference 2022 will be the standout insurance event of the year, bringing industry leaders, politicians and regulators together to debate the major issues affecting the insurance and long term savings industry.

Beyond the terrible cost impact of workplace injury and mental health & wellness issues (i.e., insurance/liability claims, capacity management issues, customer satisfaction issues), there is a human element to this result – people are hurting. As leaders, it is incumbent upon us to lead the effort to create a platform of support and to embrace a culture of Service is Humanity. If we can’t service and support our internal teams with resources and care to help alleviate the above, then there is no guarantee we will be successful in caring for customers. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, 1 in 5 adults suffer from mental illness.

Cyber insurance is booming. But with numerous challenges, such as a lack of capacity, a fraught relationship between brokers and underwriters, and a lack of standardised data, it’s no easy win.
