Brown & Brown acquires NY-based Northeast Dealer Consultants

Brown & Brown has announced that its subsidiary – Brown & Brown of Kentucky – has acquired the assets of Northeast Dealer Consultants (NEDC). NEDC assists its auto dealership clients with F&I performance and compliance management in New York and in other neighboring states. President and co-owner Phil Bruno have more than 25 years of experience in the automotive and power sport industries. A release said that following the acquisition, NEDC will become part of Brown & Brown Dealer Services, which is headed by Brown & Brown of Kentucky president Mike Neal. “Phil brings a wealth of experience in F&I performance and products for his dealer partners.  NEDC will provide Brown & Brown Dealer Services with an enhanced footprint in upstate New York,” commented Neal. “We are excited for Phil to join with our team in Massachusetts as we continue to build out our presence in the northeast.”
