MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS WILL IMPEDE DELIVERY SYSTEM REFORM
Recently, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced new primary care payment models designed to increase the share of clinicians that accept value-based payments. This announcement builds on bipartisan support for health care delivery system reforms that reward clinicians for managing patients’ care and providing high-value services.
