Insurance in 2020 and beyond, are Insurers ready?

Insurance will become unitized and embedded. It will become an integral part of everyone’s life. Every object will become intelligent and have the ability to communicate. Take for example, something as simple as our dress. When the color fades, it will alert the manufacturer, who in turn may call and send you a replacement. Similarly, the bookshelf will inform us how many books are unread and suggest a convenient time to read them or our shoes will display the distance we have walked and so on.
