The chairperson and lead author express their gratitude to the Western Cape Government (WCG) departments represented on the public sector transversal working group for their invaluable contributions to this policy document. The WCG departments include the Departments of the Premier, Community Safety (and by extension the Western Cape Liquor Authority), Transport and Public Works, Social Development, Health, Local Government, Economic Development and Tourism, and Agriculture.
