Direct Assurance is a direct insurance company, created in 1992. French leader in online Auto insurance, Direct Assurance also offers Home and Motorbike contracts. The company, a 100% subsidiary of the Axa group. A pioneer in direct insurance, by telephone and via the Internet, Direct Assurance has been designing solutions adapted to the budget and needs of its customers for cars, homes and motorcycles for more than twenty years. 950 advisers, out of the 1,300 employees employed by Direct Assurance, are dedicated to welcoming its customers on a daily basis. They are available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In the event of a claim, the declaration service is accessible by telephone, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, or via the dedicated Direct Assurance application. Since its creation, and to respond to the new uses of its customers, Direct Assurance offers 2 innovative products: - The Mobile Service application, which allows its customers to declare and monitor the management of their claims, directly from their mobile. With just a few clicks, Direct Assurance customers can modify their contract (for example to add a secondary driver). They can also reach assistance and be geolocated in the event of immobilization of their vehicle, for example. - The YouDrive offer, the first connected car insurance in France. Its principle? Encourage French motorists to adopt responsible driving, reducing the amount of the monthly insurance premium by up to 50%. And with the YouDrive Lite application, it is possible to measure your driving and estimate the savings that can be made. Direct Assurance is also present on social networks, to support its customers in their requests. The insurance company also has a blog which also publishes articles related to the expectations of Internet users.
