Frank Health Insurance builds voice app to help consumers get the right answers to health issues

Frank Health Insurance has created a voice app for the Private Health Industry (PHI) category in Australia, built for the Google Assistant. The app, created with the help of WhiteGrey, aims to help consumers easily get the right answers to complicated PHI questions. To get access, users can ask any Google Assistant to ‘speak to Frank Insurance’. The app has been developed as an extension of Frank’s ‘easy as frank’ brand platform. “As a digital health insurer that lives to simplify a complicated category, building Australia’s first health insurance voice app was a natural decision,” said Diane Pavlicevic, who is the head of Frank Health Insurance, as well as the marketing head of its parent company GMHBA. Not only is it a clear demonstration of the ‘easy as’ proposition that defines frank so well, but it also sets up the brand to continue innovating into the future.
