Lockton hires Corrigan as COO for Asia

Lockton has hired Philip Corrigan as chief operating officer for Asia, as part of its efforts to expand in the fastest growing insurance region in the world. According to a statement by Lockton, Corrigan will lead a fast-growing team across the firm’s offices in the following Asia-Pacific markets – China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and South Korea. He will work alongside various teams in the region to help grow Lockton Asia’s geographic footprint. Corrigan has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry, with 15 years leading insurance teams in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Lockton, Corrigan was CEO of JLT Thailand. He spent most of his career with JLT, having held managerial roles in Indonesia, South Korea, and Vietnam.
