Orlando homeowners allege insurer failed to pay for water damage

Orlando homeowners are suing an insurer, alleging breach of an insurance contract. Angel Rohena and Yonidy Pena filed a complaint Nov. 29 in Orange County Circuit Court against American Strategic Insurance Corp., alleging failure to pay for water damage. According to the complaint, on July 18, the Rohena and Pena property at 1077 Vista Palma Way, Orlando, sustained a covered loss from a sudden and accidental discharge of water in the kitchen due to plumbing problems.
