Two Alera Group firms merge, announce rebranding

Two firms that Alera Group had acquired in early 2018 – The Wilson Agency and Albers & Company – have announced that they have rebranded under a single name. Both have merged into a single operation called Wilson Albers, an Alera Group Company. Wilson Albers is an employer services firm that offers comprehensive packages for employee benefits, retirement plan & wealth management, as well as human resources. A release said that the new branding reflects the work the two firms have put into integrating each other, as well as their addition to the Alera Group.
