Liberty Mutual has the most satisfied independent commercial insurance agents, according to a survey by J.D. Power. The insurer also took the top spot in the category in J.D. Power’s Independent Insurance Agent Satisfaction Study last year. The study was developed in cooperation with the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America. It surveyed independent agents’ business outlook, strategies and overall satisfaction with commercial lines insurers in the United States.
